This was another exhausting month. We moved into our new house and brought a teenager and all their stuff home from their college dorm — no small feat! Tried to unpack a gazillion boxes and organize our stuff. And, of course, there was “work work” and “work travel” and and and … phew!

This is May:

• Memorial Day — came and went way too fast. Yes, we need more long weekends!
• More work and more travel — at least it’s easy to travel to/from RDU.
• Boxes and stuff everywhere — we apparently have everything in triplicates. Also, the new house has much less space, and we’re now forced to think twice about whether or not we still need this or that thing. This is good!
• New life and new routines — lots of new places to visit and things to do

Short version: May — more insanity! Work, travel, unpacking, not finding stuff, but finding 5 kinds of hammers and 3 types of mallets, selling the old home, infinite paperwork. Ugh!
