June is here, and it’s the good part of the summer before it gets crazy hot and humid.

Ladies and gentlemen! Here’s June:

• Work, work, work — I’m drowning in work, and the weekends are too short. 🤔
• End of another school year — Only one more school year left for the teenager in the house, and then it’s off to college.
• Coffee at the bookstore — I had my first latte at the counter in the bookstore. It’s almost like the olden days, but not really 😐
• Juneteenth is a proper holiday — It’s about time Juneteenth got recognized as a federal holiday! 😊

Short version: June — work, work, work. End of another school year. First latte at the bookstore counter in forever. Juneteenth is a federal holiday! 😊
