Spring weather, but also lots of rain. Garden work and work-work. The school year is almost over for the teenager in the house. We were promised a new deck in May, but “supply chain issues” 😐

This is May:

• Memorial Day — we need more long weekends!
• Enjoying the front patio — love sitting here with a cup of coffee and watching the world pass by.
• Yard work — it’s been raining quite often, and it’s very muddy, but things are progressing (slowly) nonetheless.
• New coffee shop in town — a new place opened downtown Greensboro, and I’ve been trying it a few times. I’m not sure this will become a home away from home, though.

Short version: May — Spring weather with spring showers. Memorial Day and morning coffee on the front patio. But still no deck.
